My osteopathy journey

Osteopath D.O.
“I graduated in 2012 after 6 years of training at the Institut Supérieur d’Ostéopathie de Lyon (France), which taught me to adapt techniques to each person’s reason for consulting, age and body type. I have been practising in Quebec since 2017. I combine my passions (rugby, squash, running) with osteopathy, working as an osteopath with various sports organizations and at sporting events to help optimize performance and recovery. Through this work, I have seen the influence and importance of the mind in therapeutic care. I developed my skills in managing and supporting both acute and chronic pain while working with an in-home Urgent Osteopathic Care service. Throughout my career, I continue to refine a humanistic and holistic (whole-person) approach based on listening and communication. Trust and sharing are the watchwords of my practice, which is open to everyone.”

Reiki Master Practitioner in Montreal

Anne-Blandine Dubois

My Reiki journey

Reiki
As a Reiki practitioner, I support people seeking relaxation, balance and a chance to recentre, with a respectful approach that is complementary to the care offered at the clinic.

After more than 20 years working in industry, I am particularly attuned to the challenges of stress, mental load and the demands of daily life, which I have experienced first-hand. My sensitivity to overall well-being led me to develop a keen awareness of each person’s rhythms, tensions and needs. Reiki has allowed me to put all of this into practice by offering a space for deep rest, conducive to releasing tension in the body and calming the mind, for myself as well as for others.

Each session is time for yourself, experienced with gentleness, presence and kindness, in keeping with what the person is ready to receive.

I am certified as a Reiki Master Practitioner by the Canadian Reiki Association, which allows me to offer care within an ethical framework and a professional code of conduct.

Massage therapist in Montreal

Marie Beregovoy

My massage therapy journey

Massage therapy
“After a career of more than ten years in finance, I decided to move into a profession more in line with my personal values and aspirations: massage therapy. Trained in Swedish massage at the accredited IKRA school, I want to contribute to the mental and physical well-being of the people I work with.
Passionate about sports and deeply interested in wellness, I firmly believe in the importance of taking care of yourself in order to better take care of others. As a busy young parent, I also understand the challenges of daily life and the impact a moment of relaxation can have on balance and peace of mind.
In each session, my personalized approach, based on listening and respect, allows me to adapt to your specific needs, whether to relieve muscle tension, promote deep relaxation, support sports recovery or simply take a moment to reconnect with yourself. I am a member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec and plan to keep learning through continuing education.”

There are no miracles in osteopathy; we simply seek to restore mobility, movement and life to the areas that need it.
